Registered Dietitian and Ixcela Program Expert

Samantha supports Ixcela clients to improve their gut health, overall wellness, and reach their specific goals utilizing realistic and targeted recommendations based on the Ixcela test. She believes that all health and disease begin in the gut and is passionate about helping clients find the root cause of an imbalance.

As a clinical Registered Dietitian for 7 years, she served diverse populations of short-term rehabilitation and long-term patients, including conditions such as cancer, dementia, renal disease, congestive heart failure, diabetes, Inflammatory bowel disease, and more.

Samantha also supported clients in a private practice setting for 3+ years. Her focus was supporting clients in optimizing their health and reaching their goals with IBS, impairments in the gut microbiome, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), constipation, weight loss resistance, hypothyroidism, chronic inflammation, and more.

Samantha has a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Stony Brook University,  a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from SUNY Oneonta, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Queens College.

Samantha was a collegiate athlete at SUNY Oneonta and captain of the women’s lacrosse team.
